Refund policy

(For Skincare – Hygiene Safe & Professional)

At Buxom Biotech, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, the following return and refund conditions apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product packaging is sealed and unopened

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used or partially used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or marked as Final Sale

  • Products returned without original packaging


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at: info@buxombiotech.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.

If approved, return instructions will be shared.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping cost will be covered by Buxom Biotech.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
